Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it prints and paid with PayPal we can refund 100% of your money. If you paid with a credit card a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.
Refund: You may exchange or return your unused RIM or SPOKE that has NOT been used within 10 days of receipt, if you are returning the product for a refund, the refund will be issue minus the shipping charge, plus a 5% restocking fee. We welcome exchanges within 10 days of receipt. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at fault of (Technic-Rims) we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges. We do not REFUND for damage of packaged items. In the case of an exchange or return due to a mistake on your part you will be responsible for the postage fee to send the exchange item back to us and for the shipping fee.
Exchange: Message us on by email within 10 DAYS of receiving you order with your order # and reason you would like to exchange or refund your RIM or SPOKE and we will give you instructions. BUYER is responsible for all shipping fees, customs, taxes. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange will need to be printed and there will be wait to receive it. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR 10 DAY PERIOD. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, USE A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH TRACKING.
